• User: Any individual who installs and uses this app

• Content: Photos, videos, etc., that users capture or edit through the app

By installing and using BONUSBOOK, users are considered to agree to these terms of service.

All content created by users through this app is owned by the user. BONUSBOOK is granted the right to use the content captured and edited by users for the purpose of providing services. BONUSBOOK may use the metadata of photos and videos captured and edited via BONUSBOOK to offer various features, including AI recommendations. The collected metadata is jointly owned by BONUSBOOK, which can utilize it in various ways.

BONUSBOOK accesses the user’s camera and photo album to provide photo capturing and editing features. This access is necessary for the app’s primary functions, and users must allow this when installing the app or using the features. Users can change these access permissions at any time through the settings.

BONUSBOOK may collect and use users’ location information to provide location-based services. Location information is stored as metadata of photos and videos and may be used for AI recommendations and personalized content. Users can allow or deny access to location information at any time through settings.

Users can create an account to use this app. Accurate information must be provided when creating an account, and users are responsible for maintaining account security. Users can also link their existing SNS accounts to use BONUSBOOK. If you suspect account theft or unauthorized use, please notify BONUSBOOK immediately.

BONUSBOOK may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice. In such cases, users are responsible for backing up their data.

BONUSBOOK provides the service “as is” and is not responsible for any damages that may arise from using the service. Responsibility for content or services provided by third parties lies with the respective providers.

These terms of service are interpreted and applied according to the laws of the respective country. Disputes related to these terms of service will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the location of BONUSBOOK. BONUSBOOK may modify these terms of service at any time, and significant changes will be notified to users. The modified terms of service will be announced within the app, and if users do not agree with the changes, they may stop using the service.
